What DDP means for your delivery:

  • All destination import sales taxes (VAT, GST, HST) are calculated and covered by VORTEX.
  • Customs broker clearance charges are settled directly between VORTEX and our air carrier.
  • Your parcel proceeds directly through customs inspection without holding periods or demands for tax payment at your doorstep.

03. Packaging Security & Needle Protection

The VORTEX Model 01 incorporates ultra-fine 0.25mm surgical stainless steel needles. To guarantee that your instrument arrives with zero needle deflection or misalignment:

  • The instrument is docked inside a high-density, closed-cell EVA foam mold that immobilizes the collar and planetary housing.
  • A protective polycarbonate lower shield encloses the needle array to absorb exterior shock forces.
  • Replacement needle packs are housed in a rigid, o-ring sealed aircraft aluminum capsule.
  • The outer shipping carton is constructed from 275 lb. test double-wall corrugated craft board, sealed with reinforced water-activated fiberglass tape.

04. Tracking & Delivery Amendments

Upon manifest induction, an automated dispatch transmission containing your direct carrier tracking number is generated. You may manage delivery preferences, schedule delivery holds, or authorize neighbor drops directly through the carrier’s electronic delivery manager (e.g., DHL On Demand Delivery / FedEx Delivery Manager).
