Specialty coffee extraction is an empirical discipline. We do not ask you to rely on aesthetic intuition or marketing claims. Put the VORTEX Model 01 through its paces on your commercial bench or home bar for 100 full days. Measure your extraction yields with a refractometer; evaluate cup clarity and channeling frequency. If your espresso extraction does not tangibly improve, return it for a complete 100% refund.

Within 24 hours, our logistics team generates a prepaid express return shipping label (DHL or FedEx) and an RMA slip to place inside the box.
Place the Model 01, reduction collar, parking base, and hex key back into the original die-cut foam box to prevent transit needle bending.
Upon delivery to our Zürich or Oakland inspection facility, our technicians verify the contents and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Because this is an empirical lab trial, we expect the instrument to have been used to brew espresso. Minor residual coffee powder will not penalize your refund.
Acceptable: Normal light coffee dusting, gentle surface patina on raw C360 brass models, normal needle flex.
Unacceptable: Instrument dropped onto concrete with gouged aluminum bodies, gear teeth forced using power drills, units submerged in caustic industrial dishwashers or chemical solvents.
All returned instruments undergo full disassembly, ultrasonic sanitary sterilization, and are redirected to coffee educational workshops or barista training labs. No returned instrument is ever restocked or resold as new.
If you accidentally bend a needle during routine bar operation, you do not need to return the entire instrument. Every Model 01 includes 10 extra replacement needles and a hex key.
If you exhaust your replacement needles or encounter an abnormal gear engagement, submit a warranty dispatch ticket via Warranty Support.
